• Bookkeeping (hourly rate) - $80

• Month-to-month and quarterly bookkeeping includes recording daily transactions and keeping your financial records organized.

• Accounts Payable: Entering bills, routing bills for payment approval, paying bills on time (checks, electronic, etc.), classifying expenses, archiving bills for audit ready file, etc.

• Accounts Receivable: Invoicing accurately and on time, receiving payments, bank deposits, monitoring accounts receivable aging, etc.

• Bank Reconciliations: Making sure that monthly credit card and bank statements records are captured in your financial books accurately and are not duplicated or missing. 

• Payroll: Paying staff on-time and accurately to boost morale and productivity, and complying with regulatory requirements to avoid penalties and fees. 

• Tax season and/or one-time Bookkeeping (hourly rate) - $95

• One-time* Bookkeeping rate is for non-regular bookkeeping clients to get their books ready for Tax Preparation and/or financial audits, etc.

• This could be a laborious process that would require lots of communication between client and the bookkeeper to go back in time to gather historical data in order to recreate the bookkeeping of the business.

• Benefits: Avoid underpaying your tax bill and later worried about a tax audit that could potentially cost you much more money in tax representation, tax penalties, and interest. 

• Avoid missing a bigger refund with poorly maintained financial records.

• Avoid entering duplicate invoices that would increase your tax liability, etc.

*By one-time bookkeeping, we mean bookkeeping services for non-regular bookkeeping clients who engage our bookkeeping services only one-time or a few times in a calendar year including tax season. Terms and conditions are subject to change at management's discretion.
